Any client information shared with Bramble and Birch is used exclusively to carry out services on behalf of the referring professional. We do not use client information for our own marketing, outreach, or communication. We Do Not Build or Retain Client Lists.

All client information remains the property of the referring agent.

We do not:

• Contact your clients directly 
• Add your clients to any mailing list 
• Promote our company to your clients 

All communication is presented as coming from you, in your voice, and aligned with your brand.

Information is handled with discretion, respect, and attention to detail.

If at any time you have questions about how client information is being used, stored, or handled, we welcome open communication. Your trust matters to us, and we are committed to protecting the integrity of your client relationships.

Bramble and Birch is your behind-the-scenes partner, supporting your client experience—not inserting ourselves into it.
